I'm a day late, but better late than never I suppose.
To a new year, new hopes, new beginnings, a new love and hopefully a newer (and better) life. Last year was filled with many low points, but I have a feeling this year is going to be a great one.
On a more interesting note, as Will and I were running to get out of the horrible and cold rain, I somehow managed to drop my cell phone on the streets of Manhasset, LI. Thinking that my phone was lost forever, I was shocked to receive a call from my sister telling me that some kind soul had found my phone and dropped it off at a police precinct. It took a little bit of leg work traveling back and forth, but we finally managed to find my phone at the precinct and we picked it up.
Oh my poor phone. It had been ravaged by a car tire and was now malfunctioning. I was able to retrieve all of my stored numbers and some images off of my now defunct phone, but I can tell it will never be the same again. Yet another loved one on the brink of death. When will this injustice end?
So guess what else I have to get for the New Year? A new phone!
